Dear Easyak Kookies, Would you consider changing your recipe to use something like rice flour instead of the all-purpose because I have a problem with the gluten?
A Dear David,
Thank you for writing. I am always open to new ideas and I will give it some study. The recipe that I settled upon took a great deal of behind the scenes study and research culminated to offer the best that we know for now but we do want to offer other options ASAP.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if my Kookies might help balance those annoying intolerant allergies etc.???

Hey Kookies, I can’t eat that stuff with real chocolate, and butter and sugar, what do you think I am, skinny? Why don’t you use the non-fat substitutes so we can all try them?
.A Dear Maryanne,
Thank you for asking that is a great question. First of all, I think that many of the known weight-loss programs will work if we can resolve to follow it, If it is based on less intake and more output.
I believe also that maybe we can eat real food and lose weight. Butter and sugar burn easily at low temp the way we like it, where margarine and the “poly” oils will not burn and are much more likely to be stored. I really have no comment about synthetic sweeteners, but I know the tummy likes sugar.
I wonder how it would work to try two Kookies and milk for “breakfast?” Like replace some junk with real food?
Maybe our cravings to graze come from an inner hunger brought about by our natural need for the proper food?
Q Mona,
Are you nuts in these hard times and you want 40 dollars for a box of cookies, are you nuts??
A Dear Mona,
I understand your frustrations, but we just cannot offer these Kookies for any less because the ingredients are very high-dollar and we are not the same as a commercial cookie operation like Oreo. However if you really cannot afford the Kookies and you have special needs, there may be other options.
May God Bless All
